The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across international operations and strategic business units.The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, build talent pipelines, drive recruitment strategy, and ensure delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple markets.This is initially a contract role with strong potential for permanent conversion. Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning through onboardingPartner with business leaders on hiring strategies and talent needsDevelop sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill rolesManage executive hiring, international recruitment, and talent pipelinesEnsure recruitment governance, compliance, and ATS accuracyProvide market insights and talent advisory support to leadershipLead and develop recruitment teams and partnersSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiatives RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field8–12 years’ Talent Acquisition experience3–5 years leading recruitment teams in complex organisationsExperience recruiting across international marketsBackground in defence, aerospace, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or regulated industries preferredStrong experience with executive hiring, sourcing strategy, and stakeholder managementProficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment analytics, and workforce planning Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEIf you are a strategic Talent Acquisition leader with experience building high-performing teams, we would like to hear from you.
