Regional Sales Manager – Europe | Bottle Unscrambling EquipmentLocation: Remote, EuropeTravel: Up to 80% across the region We are partnering with one of the world’s largest packaging equipment groups to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for a specialist brand within its portfolio, focused on driving growth across Europe. This is an opportunity for an experienced capital equipment sales professional to take ownership of a European territory, develop new business and build lasting customer relationships. Combining the resources of a global packaging machinery group with an entrepreneurial operating environment, the role offers the scope to make a direct impact on regional growth. The opportunityReporting to the Sales Director, you will lead regional sales activity, balancing new customer acquisition with the development of existing accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle for packaging equipment and automation solutions, working closely with customers, channel partners and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:Identifying and securing new customers, strategic accounts and market opportunities across Europe.Developing existing customer relationships to uncover future projects and repeat business.Building relationships with senior decision-makers, agents, distributors and system integrators.Creating and executing regional sales strategies and account plans to increase revenue and market share.Preparing and presenting proposals that align equipment solutions with customer requirements.Leading commercial negotiations and maintaining accurate sales forecasts through Salesforce.Collaborating with the Sales Director and marketing team to prioritise regional growth initiatives. About youYou will bring a strong technical sales background, an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to build credibility with customers throughout a complex capital equipment sales process.We are looking for:At least 10 years’ experience in sales, business development or account management within packaging machinery, automation, capital equipment or industrial manufacturing.A proven track record of winning new business, developing territories and delivering revenue growth.Strong strategic selling, negotiation and senior stakeholder relationship skills.The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.Fluency in English; German, French or Portuguese would be advantageous.Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.Willingness to travel up to 80% across the territory. A technical qualification in engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
