In November, we are opening our first store in Helsinki, and we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants to take part in this exciting journey. With strong online sales already in Finland and thousands of customers within walking distance of our Helsinki store, this is your chance to be part of our team. Your roleYou will drive sales through great customer meetings, build lasting relationships with our customers and help grow Ninepine's local community, while supporting the store's daily operations. Your key responsibilities: Identify opportunities to grow sales, build customer loyalty, and deliver outstanding customer experience according to Ninepine selling ceremonyGuiding and advising our customersTake part to the store day-to-day operationsEnsure premium visual merchandising and store presentationManage stock levels and inventory accuracyWork with cash register and payment systems with careful attention to securityHelp plan and host store events and local activations, inviting customers and growing our local communityCapture content from the store for social media, in line with Ninepine's brand guidelinesAct as Ninepine’s local ambassador, ensuring the store reflects our brand values Who we’re looking forPrevious experience as a Sales Assistant, preferably within premium retailPassionate about creating exceptional customer experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, to connect with customers and teamCurious and open with a hands-on and solution-focused approachFluent in English and Finnish, with experience in POS systemsComfortable working weekends, evenings, or holidays as neededExcited about Ninepine’s brand What we offerCompetitive salary Employee benefits, including staff discountGrowth potential within an expanding international brandThe chance to be part of a new store team If you’re ready to bring the Ninepine experience to Helsinki, from launch to everyday excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
