SAP & EDI Service Lead

On behalf of one of our pharmaceutical clients at RED , We are looking for an experienced SAP & EDI Service Lead to join a major global pharmaceutical organisation. This is a senior service leadership role for someone who combines strong SAP & EDI expertise with excellent service management, stakeholder management and Agile delivery skills. Job Role - SAP & EDI Service LeadDuration - 12 Months + extensionJob Location - Fully Remote Languages - English & French Job responsibilities Own and coordinate SAP & EDI incidents, service requests, problems and changesAct as a senior escalation point for complex SAP/EDI issuesCoordinate SAP, EDI, integration and external support teamsPrioritise requests based on business impact and urgencyEnsure requests are followed through from initiation to resolutionProvide clear and regular communication to business stakeholdersApply Agile/Scrum principles to service management and continuous improvementIdentify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and processesSupport SAP/EDI transformation, change and improvement initiativesCoordinate activities across geographically distributed teamsDrive effective problem resolution and follow-up Essential ExperienceExtensive experience working with SAP ,S/4HANA and EDIExperience as a SAP Service Lead, SAP EDI Lead, SAP Service Manager, SAP Integration Lead or similarStrong understanding of end-to-end SAP service managementExperience with geographically distributed teamsPractical experience working in an Agile/Scrum environmentScrum Master certification or strong practical Agile experienceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsPrevious experience in a pharmaceutical, life sciences or regulated environmentFrench Language Skills If you are looking for a new contract role , apply on this link or send me your CV at [email protected] Thanks,Nisha
