About the RoleWe are looking for a senior SAP Program Director to lead complex SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation programmes, with a strong focus on cutover, deployment readiness, go-live and hypercare. You will work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders, lead global multidisciplinary teams, and drive successful delivery of large-scale SAP programmes. SAP Program Director – Cutover & Transformation Delivery📍 Location: Södertälje, Sweden💼 Job Type: Full-time Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP cutover, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.Develop integrated cutover plans across business, functional, technical, data, testing and infrastructure teams.Lead mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, contingency planning and command-centre activities.Manage programme risks, dependencies, governance and executive reporting.Lead global onsite, nearshore and offshore delivery teams.Manage senior client stakeholders, steering committees and executive reviews.Drive programme delivery across integration, testing, data migration and business readiness.Support solutioning, proposals and identification of future transformation opportunities.Must-Have Requirements10+ years of SAP consulting, programme delivery or enterprise transformation experience.Proven experience delivering SAP ECC and S/4HANA programmes.Strong hands-on experience with SAP cutover, go-live and hypercare.Multiple successful SAP go-lives as a Cutover Lead, Programme Manager, Project Manager or Transformation Lead.Strong programme governance, risk, dependency and deployment management experience.Experience leading global/distributed teams.Excellent executive stakeholder and client management skills.Manufacturing, automotive, industrial, logistics or supply chain experience is highly desirable.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
