Due to continued growth across the SAP practice, we are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise transformation programs for clients across the Nordic and European markets. The RoleAs an SAP Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programs, overseeing multi-country implementations, business process transformation initiatives, and complex stakeholder environments. You will lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, project managers, and client stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence from program mobilization through to deployment and business adoption. This is a leadership position ideal for a professional with extensive SAP delivery experience who combines strong commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP transformation programsManage multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives across EuropeDevelop and maintain program governance, delivery plans, budgets, risk management, and reporting structuresBuild trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholdersLead large, geographically distributed delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locationsEnsure alignment between business transformation objectives and technology deliveryDrive program quality, financial performance, and customer satisfactionManage third-party vendors, systems integrators, and strategic partnersOversee change management, business readiness, and organizational adoption activitiesSupport business development activities including proposals, client presentations, and account growth initiativesMentor and develop project managers and emerging delivery leaders within the organization Required Experience10+ years of SAP consulting and program delivery experienceProven track record managing large-scale SAP programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformationsExperience delivering enterprise transformation projects across multiple European countriesStrong understanding of SAP functional domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and HRExperience working within global matrix organizations and complex stakeholder environmentsStrong commercial management experience including forecasting, budgeting, and contract governanceExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilitiesExperience in consulting, professional services, or systems integration environmentsFluency in Swedish & English Preferred QualificationsSAP Activate certificationProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent)Agile delivery and transformation experienceExperience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)Knowledge of RISE with SAP and cloud transformation programsFamiliarity with change management frameworks and organizational transformation methodologies What They OfferOpportunity to lead some of the largest SAP transformation programs in the Nordic regionInternational career opportunities across Europe and globallyAccess to industry-leading SAP technologies and innovation programsFitting compensation package including bonus structureFlexible and hybrid working arrangementsComprehensive benefits and pension schemeLeadership development and executive coaching programsCollaborative and diverse international working environment
