Continued growth in the Nordic region has created the need for an experienced Senior CSA Project Manager to lead delivery on major projects in Finland. WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PROJECTSYou will lead the delivery of substantial CSA packages on large-scale technical developments, typically involving major groundworks, reinforced concrete and steel structures, and building envelope and architectural finishes. These are fast-track projects with complex interfaces, where strong subcontract leadership directly shapes programme and quality outcomes. Working closely with the main contractor, client representatives and your own site, engineering and commercial teams, you will be the senior point of accountability for your package. The culture is practical, safety-led and delivery-focused, with empowered project leaders supported by an experienced senior management team. The role is based on projects in Finland, giving you the opportunity to build strong Nordic market experience on high-profile developments. It offers genuine ownership of outcomes from mobilisation through to handover, with the scope to shape how the business delivers in a growing regional market.
RESPONSIBILITIESLead the delivery of major civil, structural and architectural packages on large-scale projects in FinlandTake overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality and safety performance across your packageManage and coordinate site management, engineering and supervisory teams, along with the wider supply chainAct as the senior interface with the main contractor, client representatives and design consultantsPlan and control sequencing, resources and logistics, managing interfaces with MEP and other tradesWork with the commercial team on cost control, change management and monthly reportingDrive a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with Finnish regulations and client standardsOversee quality management, inspections and handover documentationMentor and develop project team members, supporting future leadership capability
WHAT YOU NEEDProven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager delivering CSA packages on large, complex projectsStrong background in civil, structural and architectural works, including groundworks, concrete, steel and envelopeSubcontractor-side delivery experience is highly desirable, with strong main contractor candidates also consideredExperience on data centre, industrial or other large technical facilities is highly beneficial but not essentialExcellent leadership, planning and stakeholder management skillsA degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related disciplineWillingness to be based on projects in Finland; Nordic experience is an advantage but not essential
