Role :- Senior Manager – Data ScientistLocation : - Sweden and neighboring countries.Rate : - 2500 SEK / Day Type- B2B Contract Senior Manager – Data Scientist JD-We are looking for Senior Manager – Data Scientist to lead the transformation of complex, large-scale datasets into actionable insights that improve software reliability, product performance, and customer satisfaction. 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning , team-handling/managerial role. Strong expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and data mining. Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with hands-on experience in Spark, Databricks, cloud platforms, and data warehousing solution.PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification. Mandatory Skills- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights and improve software reliability. Develop predictive models, anomaly detection, and trend analysis solutions to identify risks and optimize performance. Define and monitor KPIs and quality metrics related to software health, product performance, and customer experience. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product, and Program teams to support data-driven business decisions. Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts. Oversee the complete data science lifecycle, from data acquisition and model development to deployment and continuous improvement. Nice to have – Experience with machine learning deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization toolKnowledge of Agile, DevOps, and modern software development practices.
