Senior Planner (Data Centres)
CTS Group is currently recruiting experienced Senior Planners to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Senajoki, Finland

The Role
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will play a key role in developing, managing and maintaining project programmes throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against key milestones and client expectations.
This is a site-based role where you will work closely with project management, commercial, engineering and construction teams to monitor progress, identify programme risks, support resource planning and provide accurate reporting that drives informed decision-making across the project.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related disciplineMinimum 5–10 years' experience in project planning within construction, industrial or mission-critical environmentsPrevious experience on large-scale Data Centre projects would be a distinct advantageStrong knowledge of project planning methodologies, construction sequencing and critical path analysisExperience developing, monitoring and updating detailed project programmes throughout all phases of deliveryProficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience producing progress reports, programme updates and schedule recovery plansStrong understanding of resource planning, earned value principles and project controlsExcellent analytical, organisational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client representativesFluent English essentialWillingness to work on a site-based project in Senajoki, Finland
