About KPITExperts in software for the automotive industryThe only embedded software company with comprehensive expertise across all CASE domainsStrategic partner to more than 25 global leaders in the mobility sectorHome to more than 13,000 engineers with a passion for mobilityGlobal presence in Asia, Europe, and North and South America ResponsibilitiesAct as a PLM solution expert and trusted advisor for business stakeholders within hardware and product development.Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, translating them into functional use cases and solution specifications.Support the design, configuration, and implementation of PLM solutions on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions to align business needs with technical solutions.Validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and PLM process requirements.Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, including solution validation, user acceptance testing, and defect management.Collaborate closely with business users, developers, architects, and IT teams throughout the solution lifecycle.Drive continuous improvement of PLM processes, tools, and ways of working.Support change management activities and promote adoption of new PLM capabilities.Coach and support team members and end users in utilizing 3DEXPERIENCE effectively. Skills & Requirements Required SkillsExtensive hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE.Strong understanding of PLM processes within hardware, product, or mechanical engineering development environments.Proven experience translating business requirements into use cases, solution requirements, and functional specifications.Experience facilitating workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities.Strong background working across both business and technical teams.Experience in solution validation, testing, and user acceptance processes.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Ability to bridge business needs and technical solution design effectively. Preferred SkillsExperience with PLM migration or integration initiatives.Experience in large-scale PLM transformation programs.Automotive industry experience.Experience working in global and cross-functional organizations.Knowledge of change management, training, and user adoption strategies.Understanding of engineering, product development, and digital thread processes.
