Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Network Infrastructure to lead complex network infrastructure projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering network infrastructure solutions in a multi-country environment.This role requires a proactive, structured, and collaborative approach, with the flexibility to travel throughout Europe as required. Key Responsibilities:Gather, validate, and establish clear and well-defined project requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.Partner closely with technical teams to develop, evaluate, and deliver effective solution proposals.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.Develop, coordinate, or obtain comprehensive project plans and budgets, and manage them throughout the project lifecycle.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with agreed objectives.Establish and maintain effective project governance, monitoring progress, performance, and key milestones.Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests using established project management processes.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and other project partners.Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed governance, quality standards, timelines, and budget expectations. Required Qualifications & Experience:PMP certification with a valid, current certificate.10+ years of professional project management experience.Demonstrated experience successfully delivering network infrastructure projects.Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving technical and business stakeholders.Strong understanding of project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and change control.
