Job Description: Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation projects with Telecom clientArchitect and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.Lead ITSM transformation initiatives and process automation programs.Develop advanced solutions using: Flow DesignerIntegration HubScripted REST APIsService PortalCustom ApplicationsDrive CMDB governance, data quality, and integration strategies.Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers.Estimate effort, prepare technical design documents, and support solution proposals.Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.Support platform upgrades and new feature adoption.Required Skills7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.ServiceNow CSA Certification.Development and implementation experience for scope / Custom application Strong expertise in ITSM modules and platform customization.Extensive experience with: REST APIsSOAP APIsIntegration HubMID ServerLDAP/SAML/OAuth integrationsStrong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM framework.Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting.Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.Preferred SkillsServiceNow CAD Certification.CIS-ITSM Certification.Experience in ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, FSM, GRC.Experience leading global ServiceNow implementation programs.Exposure to GenAI / Now Assist capabilities.
