SITE PLANNERLocation: Site-Based (Rotational Assignment)Contract Duration: Long-Term ContractRotation: 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off or 3/1Package: Accommodation, flights, local transportation & food allowanceStart Date: ASAPAccount Manager: Anthony Hughes Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Site Planner to join a major engineering and construction project on a rotational basis. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules while supporting engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Working closely with project stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate progress reporting, schedule management, and project delivery. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules in line with project requirements and milestonesMonitor project progress and produce regular planning and progress reportsTrack engineering, procurement, and construction activities within the project scheduleCoordinate activities between engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and clientsSupport project document control and design coordination activitiesReview project specifications and ensure planning activities align with project requirementsCoordinate engineering deliverables, document submissions, and responsesMonitor material status and procurement activities, including SAP tracking and reportingSupport construction teams through effective coordination of RFIs and engineering queriesMonitor vendor performance and expedite critical deliverables where requiredEnsure design changes are communicated and reflected within project schedulesParticipate in project meetings and provide planning input to stakeholdersSupport project controls, forecasting, reporting, and schedule optimisation activitiesConduct site and vendor visits as required RequirementsProven experience as a Site Planner, Project Planner, or Planning Engineer within major projectsAdvanced Primavera P6 experienceStrong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning project lifecyclesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, including P&IDsExperience working within multidisciplinary project teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with SAP is highly desirableStrong planning, organisational, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently within a fast-paced site environment The Next StepThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile engineering and construction project, working within a collaborative and dynamic site environment.
