Role Overview

As a SME, QA Expert, you will be at the forefront of supporting process improvement, validation, and compliance efforts within a fast-paced, innovative setting. Working closely with laboratory teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help shape the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing by bridging knowledge gaps and driving quality excellence in a critical transition phase. This contract position offers a fully on-site working environment, with an initial duration of four months, and the potential for extension.

Required Skills

Extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotech industriesDeep knowledge of GMP, sterile processes, and facility compliance standardsProven expertise in quality control and laboratory process optimizationStrong understanding of FDA regulations and quality standardsFluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus but not essentialExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with cosmetic manufacturers transitioning to pharmaceutical productionFamiliarity with FDA inspection procedures and audit readinessKnowledge of sterile manufacturing techniques and facility validationPrevious experience supporting regulatory body interactions or transitions

Preferred Education And Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fieldsA minimum of 7+ years in senior QA roles within regulated environmentsDemonstrated track record supporting compliance and quality standards in complex manufacturing settings
