System Designer – Electrical System Development

ALTEN Sweden is looking for an experienced System Designer to join an exciting assignment within the automotive industry. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining electrical system solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, robust, and high-quality vehicle functions. About the roleDevelop electrical system solutions and requirements for vehicle subsystems.Define and coordinate HW and SW requirements.Work with system design, documentation, and verification.Perform FMEA/FMECA and support Functional Safety activities.Collaborate with System Architects, developers, and other stakeholders.Support testing and verification in HiL environments and vehicles. Who You AreExperience in Electrical System Development within automotive.Strong background in System Design and Requirement Management.Knowledge of Functional Safety and ASIL.Experience with FMEA/FMECA.Familiar with Teamcenter, Elektra, CarWeaver, or similar tools.Experience working with ECUs, sensors, actuators, and vehicle systems.Experience from Automotive industry.Fluent in English.
