About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Closer to convert warm leads into paying customers through Telegram. No cold calling or cold outreach—leads have already expressed interest. You’ll qualify prospects, build trust, handle objections, follow up, and guide customers through registration, broker onboarding, and membership conversion. ScheduleShift-based coverage across multiple time zones; Early European morning coverage is currently a priority; 40 hours/week Key ResponsibilitiesRespond quickly to warm Telegram leads.Manage 20–100 conversations daily.Qualify prospects and identify their needs.Build rapport through persuasive written communication.Present products, packages, and memberships.Guide prospects through registration and onboarding.Handle objections and follow up until conversion or decline.Maintain accurate lead records and conversation notes.Follow sales, onboarding, and compliance procedures.Help improve messaging and conversion processes.Work with the team to meet sales targets. Requirements2+ years of proven sales experience in a target-driven environment.Proven ability to close sales and meet measurable targets.Experience in chat sales, inside sales, retail, hospitality upselling, or similar customer-facing roles.Excellent written English and persuasive communication skills.Strong rapport-building, questioning, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.Comfortable managing 20–100 conversations per day.Highly responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple leads.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.Willing to learn trading terminology and products.Reliable and able to work an agreed shift. Nice to HaveExperience in trading, Forex, cryptocurrency, fintech, brokerage, or affiliate marketing.Telegram or high-volume chat sales experience.Experience with international customers, CRM systems, or shared inboxes.Additional language skills. Industry experience is not essential. Proven sales performance and the ability to convert warm leads are the priority.
