About the Role: Job Title – UX/UI DesignerLocation – Malmo, SwedenMode of Work – Hybrid (3 Days Per Week)Type of Hiring – B2B ContractContract Duration – 6+ Months (Possible Extension) Day-to-day tasks:Bringing strong design rationale backed by user insights and dataMoving from concept to testable prototype rapidlyHolding your ground in debates while staying collaborativeMaking quick decisions with incomplete informationIterating based on feedback and performance metrics Requirements:Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc.Craft & execution-Strong visual design: layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and art direction within an established systemFluency in prototyping and interaction design to communicate intentAbility to design for accessibility, performance, and internationalization from the startNavigate complexity edge cases, legacy systems, and multi-market constraintsE-commerce & personalization-Deep understanding of discovery-to-shopping behaviour, merchandising logic, and browse-to-buy conversion leversExperience designing recommendation systems, dynamic modules, and content prioritization logicJudgment about when not to personalize—knowing when consistency and predictability matter moreFamiliarity with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, and learning from customer behaviorProduct thinking & experimentation-Think like a product owner, understand business goals, user needs, and technical trade-offs equallyData-driven mindset: form hypotheses, design tests, interpret results, and iterate based on evidenceComfortable designing for A/B testing and experimentation frameworksBias toward shipping and learning over perfecting in isolation
