ADS Software Component Owner

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a ADS Software Component Owner to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. The roleThe ADS Software Component Owner is the primary contact for all questions and decisions concerning the combined software of the ADS node. The role coordinates AD Partner and internal software deliveries throughout the product life cycle, ensuring that projects, manufacturing, commercial operations, and aftermarket needs are supported. It also drives requirement alignment, integration issue resolution, and delivery of releasable software that meets quality, functional safety, cybersecurity, and legal requirements. Responsibilities• Represent the ADS node in internal software release processes and related technical forums.• Coordinate software and hardware releases with the Hardware Component Owner, K-DCN issuer, verification and validation teams, and other stakeholders.• Manage software releases received from the autonomous driving partner and integrate ADS software into clients baseline integrations.• Ensure replacement chains, transitions, dependencies, and software-hardware compatibility are synchronized between the base vehicle and ADS node.• Monitor node performance and capacity requirements, including memory use, CPU load, intended usage, and future roadmap needs.• Ensure successful integration of software components such as diagnostics and calibration and coordinate the resolution of integration issues.• Confirm that factory, development, production, and aftermarket tools can test and support the software.• Ensure the ADS node functionality is adequately tested and that identified deviations are addressed before release.• Create and maintain node documentation, part numbers, variants, compatibility subscriptions, diagnostic objects, calibration needs, routines, and NTP data in the relevant systems.• Support planning and risk-management activities, including FMEA, HARA, TARA, and SIP.• Support the prioritization and resolution of product issues related to the node.• Lead technical communication with the autonomous driving partner, together with SQE and other supporting roles, including statements of work, product change requests, APQP, and PPAP activities.
