Agile Coach SAFE

For one of my customer in Europe, we are looking for an Agile Coach.Duration : 6 months renewable Location : EUROPE (100% remote)An agile coach is needed to guide technical and business teams within the organization to adopt, scaling, and improving agile methods like Scrum and Kanban to maximize business value.The Agile Coach will work within the context of the SAFe transformation so it is expected to have experienced and participated in one as an Agile Coach, RTE or SPCEducate and reinforce team members, leaders, product managers, product owners and business teams on agile principles, values, and practices. Enabler of Collaboration: improve communication, set communicities of practise and promote a transparent workplace culture.Identify workplace blocks, find root causes, and guide on continuous improvement workflows.Support Transformation/ Shift organizational mindsets
