AI & Technology Training Manager -LMS

AI & Technology Training Manager We are looking for a AI & Technology Training Manager to drive technology awareness, digital learning and capability development across the organisation.The role will help employees understand and adopt AI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, analytics and other emerging technologies, while ensuring the Information Systems (IS) organisation develops the skills needed for future business and technology requirements.You will design and coordinate engaging learning experiences, identify capability gaps, manage digital learning through LMS platforms, and work with internal stakeholders, technology vendors and external learning providers. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver company-wide AI and technology awareness programmes.Design and coordinate webinars, workshops, expert sessions, technology showcases and learning events.Develop engaging learning materials, newsletters, guides and best-practice content.Support the adoption of AI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud, cybersecurity, automation and analytics technologies.Consult with stakeholders to identify current and future technology learning requirements.Conduct training-needs and skills-gap analysis across the IS organisation.Develop annual learning plans and roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities.Manage and coordinate learning through LMS and digital learning platforms.Coordinate internal and external training programmes and professional certifications.Support career development and continuous professional development initiatives.Manage relationships with technology vendors, learning providers and industry experts.Coordinate vendor-led training and certification programmes, maximising existing partnerships and value. Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technology Trainer, Learning Consultant, Training Consultant or similar.Experience delivering training or awareness programmes relating to AI or Microsoft Copilot.Strong experience using LMS and digital learning platforms.Experience conducting training-needs analysis and identifying skills/capability gaps.Strong learning content development and facilitation skills.Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience coordinating multiple learning programmes, events or initiatives.Ability to translate complex technology concepts into engaging, accessible learning.Experience working with external training providers, vendors or subject matter experts. Preferred Skills & ExperienceKnowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, automation, analytics and digital workplace technologies.Experience developing enterprise-wide technology adoption or awareness programmes.Experience managing LMS content, enrolments, reporting or learning administration.Experience coordinating professional certifications and career development programmes.Experience working with technology vendors and leveraging vendor training programmes.Relevant L&D, training, learning technology or technology-related qualification.
