IT Controller / IT Project ControllerEnvironment: IT Transformation / SAP Build-Up / Stand-Alone Company We are looking for a Junior IT Controller / IT Project Controller to support the financial management of a major IT transformation programme. As we establish a new stand-alone company, we are rebuilding our IT infrastructure and SAP landscape from the ground up.This is a hands-on opportunity to gain broad exposure to IT controlling, project finance and transformation projects, working closely with IT Project Managers, Finance, Procurement and external suppliers. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport financial controlling of IT build-up and transformation projectsSupport project managers with budget planning, forecasting and actual cost trackingMonitor budgets, actuals, purchase orders, commitments and project spendPrepare regular project controlling reports and management overviewsAnalyse budget vs. forecast vs. actual variances and highlight key driversTrack CAPEX/OPEX, invoices, accruals and project commitmentsSupport period-end closing and project-related financial activitiesProvide financial tracking of external vendors and service providersIdentify and escalate potential cost risks and deviationsProvide transparency of project costs across different workstreamsContribute to the development and improvement of IT controlling processes and reportingSupport ad-hoc financial analysis and management requests Essential Skills & Experience1–3 years of experience in controlling, project controlling, FP&A or a related finance roleExperience with budgeting, forecasting, actual cost tracking and variance analysisGood understanding of CAPEX/OPEX and financial reportingStrong Excel skills and confidence working with financial dataExperience working with ERP/finance systemsStrong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, changing transformation environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with IT, Finance, Procurement and Project Management Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in IT controlling or IT project controllingExperience supporting IT transformation, SAP implementation or infrastructure projectsKnowledge of purchase orders, commitments, accruals and vendor cost trackingExperience with SAP, Power BI or similar reporting solutionsUnderstanding of project financial management and governanceExperience working with external vendors or service providers
