Backend/Fullstack Developer - Stockholm (Hybrid) About the Role:You’ll be part of a collaborative tech forum, working alongside experts in backend, DevOps, and architecture. The position involves building scalable systems, managing infrastructure, and contributing to both startup and enterprise projects. What You’ll Do:Develop robust backend systems in Python using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).Work with Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes to deliver scalable solutions.Switch between projects; from building products from scratch to solving complex enterprise challenges.Explore and integrate AI/ML features into backend workflows. Must‑haves:5–7 years of professional experience in backend or fullstack development.Strong proficiency in Python and modern frameworks.Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization.Consulting or multi‑project background with ability to adapt quickly.Fluent in Swedish and English.Frontend collaboration experience (React/Next.js).Startup experience building products from the ground up.Interest in AI, with exposure to tools like Copilot, Cursor, or agent‑native workflows.
