Capacity Planning Manager (freelance contractor)

We are looking for an experienced Capacity Planning Manager (independent/freelance consultant) to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, owning the 0–36-month capacity plan and Master Production Plan. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the site Master Production Plan and Capacity Plan.Translate network plans into executable site production schedules.Lead/support Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and weekly S&OE activities.Identify capacity constraints, production risks and mitigation actions.Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain and DS/DP teams.Monitor production plans against budget and maintain key capacity assumptions, including yield, line capacity and scrap rates. Experience & Skills3-5 years’ production planning experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing.Hands-on ERP experience, ideally SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills; SQL is advantageous.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
