Senior HR Transformation Consultant (M/F)

For one of our strategic projects, Resultance is hiring a Senior HR Transformation & SuccessFactors Consultant (independent/freelance contractor). Role PurposeLead the design and transformation of the HR Operating Model and end-to-end HR processes, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors, automation, AI and shared services.We are looking for a consultant who can challenge existing ways of working and actively drive change, not simply facilitate client-led process improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR operating model, governance and process design workshops.Challenge and redesign HR processes around SuccessFactors best practices.Drive automation, AI, self-service and shared services opportunities.Define HR roles, responsibilities and governance.Develop transformation recommendations and roadmap.Confidently challenge and influence senior HR stakeholders.Ensure high-quality consulting deliverables and supervise junior team members. Skills & Experience7–10+ years in HR transformation / HR technology consulting.Proven SuccessFactors consulting or implementation expertise is essential; experience only as an internal SuccessFactors user is not sufficient.Strong track record in HR automation, AI/digitalization and/or shared services transformation.Able to lead and drive change, rather than only support or facilitate it.Strong senior stakeholder management, structuring and presentation skills.Consulting experience strongly preferred. Please note that the role is fully remote and part time (2-3 days/week).Start date ASAP.Initial contract until December 2026. Possibility of extension afterwards.
