Commissioning Lead

Eltel is a trusted partner in building and maintaining high-voltage electrical substations across Finland, combining technical excellence, safety, and sustainability in all its projects. Purpose of the Role: As a Commissioning Lead, you will take ownership of the commissioning phase of high-voltage substation projects (110–400 kV) across Finland. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical expertise with on-site coordination.You will be involved already before site execution – planning commissioning activities, preparing schedules, and ensuring readiness. Once on site, you will lead the commissioning work, coordinate teams, and ensure that the substation is delivered safely, on time, and without outstanding issues.
