Construction Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to join a major data centre project. Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on siteOversee subcontractors, contractors and site teamsEnsure works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standardsCoordinate with project management, engineering and key stakeholdersMonitor progress and ensure construction milestones are achievedReview construction programmes and resolve site issuesEnsure compliance with project specifications, procedures and regulations Requirements:Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale construction projectsPrevious data centre / mission-critical experience highly desirableStrong construction, coordination and site management skillsAbility to manage multiple contractors in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong commitment to health, safety and qualityRight to work in Sweden required Please get in touch if you are interested in discussing the opportunity.
