Domain Expert - Biology

We’re looking for a PhD-level Biology Domain Expert to help build high-quality training and evaluation datasets for advanced AI models.You’ll leverage your research expertise to create complex, reasoning-intensive Q&A datasets across Botany, Biochemistry, Plant Biotechnology, and Life Sciences. What You’ll DoCreate complex, multi-step Q&A datasets for AI model training and evaluation.Develop questions that test scientific reasoning, conceptual understanding, analysis, and application.Create and validate content across Botany, Biochemistry, Plant Biotechnology, and Life Sciences.Review questions, answers, explanations, and scientific reasoning for accuracy and rigor.Evaluate AI-generated responses and identify factual errors, hallucinations, and reasoning gaps.Develop challenging, diverse datasets across concepts and difficulty levels.Collaborate with AI/ML and content teams to maintain high dataset-quality standards. What We’re Looking ForPhD in Biology, Botany, Biochemistry, Plant Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a closely related field mandatory.Strong research and subject-matter expertise in one or more relevant biology domains.Excellent scientific reasoning, analytical, and scientific writing skills.Ability to translate complex research concepts into challenging, clear, and well-structured questions.Strong attention to scientific accuracy and detail. Preferred SkillsPostdoctoral and research experience.Experience in scientific publishing, teaching, or assessment development.Familiarity with AI/ML, LLMs, Generative AI, data annotation, or AI evaluation.Experience developing scientific question banks or datasets.
