Program Manager- Dutch & English Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-country, multi-wave SaaS / Managed Services rollout. The Program Manager will coordinate multiple workstreams across country teams, client stakeholders, and internal technical resources, ensuring successful delivery against timelines, milestones, and business objectives.This role is open only to candidates who are fluent in both Dutch and English. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the overall program plan across multiple deployment waves and countries.Lead cross-country and cross-functional coordination across UAT, end-to-end testing, legacy system integration, versioning, and deployment activities.Track program dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.Manage relationships with in-country technical leads, client stakeholders, and internal teams to address outstanding requirements and dependencies.Lead country deployment planning meetings, establishing testing priorities, sequencing, and delivery timelines.Establish and maintain effective program governance, including program boards, steering committees, operating committees, status reporting, and milestone tracking.Prepare and deliver accurate, concise, and consistent program status reports for internal stakeholders and client leadership.Coordinate distributed technical teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery across workstreams.Support the kickoff of new-country deployments, including business analysis, planning, and rollout strategy.Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams operating at different stages of maturity.Ensure effective communication across international and cross-cultural teams throughout the program lifecycle.Support services delivery and contribute to commercial work order and pricing-related processes where required.Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management.Fluency in both Dutch and English is mandatory. Only bilingual Dutch-English candidates will be considered.Strong experience in stakeholder management, preferably within international or cross-cultural client-facing environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior management and client leadership.Proven experience establishing and managing program governance structures, including steering committees and program boards.Experience working within technology-enabled managed services or SaaS environments.Strong understanding of services delivery models and commercial work order/pricing processes.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and parallel workstreams simultaneously.Experience coordinating technical integration activities across geographically distributed teams.Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills.Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred ExperienceBackground in publishing, digital content, or SaaS programs.Experience managing large-scale, multi-country technology implementations or rollouts.Experience working with international clients and distributed delivery teams.Experience with UAT, system integration, testing, and deployment management.
