Electrical Package Manager – Data Centres | FinlandFinland | Major Data Centre Development | Client Side / PMC | On Site I’m looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major data centre development in Finland, working with a new client supporting the delivery of highly complex, mission critical infrastructure. As with the mechanical position, this is about complete package ownership. You need to understand the electrical infrastructure of a data centre as an integrated package and be comfortable taking responsibility for its delivery, rather than specialising in one isolated part of the system. What will you be doing?• Take ownership of the electrical package across the project• Manage electrical contractors, specialist vendors and key delivery interfaces• Drive programme, progress, quality and technical delivery• Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, CSA, controls and commissioning teams• Manage design, installation and constructability issues through to resolution• Track key dependencies, risks and programme constraints• Challenge contractors and ensure delivery remains aligned with project milestones• Drive readiness for energisation, testing and commissioning• Support completion, handover and operational acceptance• Represent the client's interests throughout delivery What am I looking for?You will need strong data centre experience and demonstrable responsibility for electrical package delivery on complex projects. I'm particularly interested in people who understand the complete electrical package and its interfaces, rather than candidates whose experience has been limited to one individual electrical system. You'll need to be technically strong, commercially aware, comfortable challenging contractors and capable of operating credibly with senior project and client stakeholders. Professional English is essential. The strong preference is for five days per week on site in Finland. You don't need to be living in Finland currently, and relocation or weekly travel can be considered for the right person.
