Finnish Payroll Consultant

Enzo Tech Group are working with a leading cloud-based payroll technology provider who are expanding their payroll platform across Finland.They require a Finnish Payroll Implementation Consultant to join them on a full-time, 6 month contract. This role will focus on translating Finnish payroll requirements into a correctly configured, tested and operational cloud payroll solution. Key Responsibilities:• Lead client workshops and capture functional Finnish payroll requirements.• Complete configuration workbooks and support the setup of the payroll platform.• Validate payroll calculations, integrations and data throughout testing cycles.• Coordinate defect resolution and support UAT, parallel testing and go-live activities.• Deliver knowledge transfer to application services and operational payroll teams. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Strong knowledge of Finnish payroll legislation, taxation and statutory reporting.• Experience supporting Finnish payroll implementations across the full project lifecycle.• Functional consulting or analytical experience within payroll software or payroll outsourcing.• Experience with payroll configuration, data migration, UAT and parallel payroll testing.• Strong client-facing communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills. Contract Details:• Duration: 6 month initial contract • Remote working with a personal laptop required.• Location: Finland; project language is English.
