Vice President

We’re partnering with a multi-billion-dollar global logistics organisation undergoing a major transformation across Data, AI and Automation. They are looking to appoint a VP of Data & AI to lead the next phase of their enterprise data and artificial intelligence strategy across the EU & North America. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for building and scaling the organisation’s Data & AI capability, moving AI initiatives from experimentation into production and embedding AI across core business operations. The mandate:• Own and execute the enterprise Data & AI strategy• Build and scale a high-performing Data, AI & ML organisation• Establish and grow an enterprise AI Centre of Excellence• Drive adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across the business• Scale AI use cases across supply chain, operations, customer experience and commercial functions We’re looking for:• Senior leadership experience across Data, AI, Machine Learning or Analytics• Experience building or transforming enterprise Data & AI organisations• Proven delivery of AI/ML products into large-scale production environments• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI and modern AI architecture
