As a Performance Testing Expert Architect, you’ll own and evolve the performance testing strategy across multiple systems, build scalable test frameworks, and work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure services remain fast, stable, and reliable under real-world load. What you’ll be working on:Defining performance testing strategy (load / stress / soak)Building performance tests using K6 (JavaScript/TypeScript)Performance testing APIs and microservices (REST / GraphQL)Analysing results with tools like Grafana / PrometheusEmbedding performance testing into CI/CD pipelinesTroubleshooting bottlenecks together with developers and platform teamsMentoring others and helping raise performance engineering standards What we’re looking for:5+ years in QA (with 2+ years in performance testing)Strong scripting skills in JavaScript / TypeScriptSolid understanding of backend systems, microservices, and APIsFamiliarity with Docker/Kubernetes and modern delivery pipelinesComfortable translating metrics into action and improvement Nice to have: gRPC/WebSockets testing, JVM tuning, DB optimisation, tracing tools (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger) If performance engineering is your thing and you want to work on real-scale challenges, let’s talk!
