IT Application Specialist - Morocco

A leading international retail organisation is looking for a Business Systems Integration Specialist to support the continued development of its digital and technology landscape in Morocco.This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting enterprise applications, improving ERP systems and developing integrations and automation solutions across the business. THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO MOROCCO. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, internal technology colleagues and external partners to translate business requirements into reliable and sustainable technical solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, support and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms, including D365, Business Central, AX or NAVManage application configurations, upgrades, enhancements and performance improvementsDesign, develop and maintain integrations between ERP and other business systemsConnect platforms including point of sale, e-commerce, CRM, HR and finance applicationsBuild and support APIs, middleware and data pipelines to enable accurate and reliable information flowDevelop automation workflows using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps or similar technologiesIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual administration and improve operational efficiencyInvestigate and resolve application, integration and system issuesWork with stakeholders across different functions to understand business needs and recommend practical technical solutionsMonitor system performance and maintain high standards of data integrity, security and governanceMaintain technical documentation and support audit and compliance requirementsContribute to application improvement projects and wider digital transformation initiatives Candidate ProfileApproximately 3–5 years’ experience within business applications, ERP, systems integration or a related technical roleHands-on experience supporting or developing Microsoft Dynamics D365, Business Central, AX or NAVStrong understanding of APIs, including REST and SOAP, middleware and common integration methodsExperience working with SQL databases and data formats such as JSON and XMLPractical experience using Power Platform, robotic process automation, scripting or similar automation toolsAbility to translate business requirements into effective technical solutionsStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsConfident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRelevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent practical experience Desirable ExperienceAzure Integration Services, including API Management, Service Bus and Logic AppsDevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesMicroservices architectureMicrosoft Dynamics, Azure or Power Platform certificationsExperience within retail, distribution, supply chain or another high-volume operational environment This is an excellent opportunity to join an international business and play an important role in improving the systems, integrations and automated processes that support its ongoing operations and growth.
