About The Role

IT Business Analyst (with temporary Scrum Master responsibilities)

Our client is seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst to support upcoming initiatives and act as the primary bridge between the business and IT.

Responsibilities

Capture, organize and analyze requirements to make sure they are clear, complete and achievableConvert business needs into practical input that IT teams can act onDescribe technical possibilities and constraints in terms business stakeholders can easily followFacilitate workshops with relevant stakeholdersDocument current and target states, and identify gaps and opportunities for improvementSuggest solutions that improve business processes and system supportCollaborate closely with development teams, project managers, product owners and other stakeholders to ensure solutions fit both business and technical needsContribute to prioritization, planning, follow-up and stakeholder communication across the delivery processFor a limited period, take on the Scrum Master role: foster agile ways of working, clear obstacles for the team, strengthen collaboration and self-organization, and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives

Required Skills And Experience

Relevant university education or comparable professional experienceDemonstrated experience as an IT Business Analyst or in another requirements-focused roleHands-on experience with requirements management, process mapping and workshop facilitationExperience working side by side with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholdersExperience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile facilitation roleFluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious Skills

Deep understanding of Scrum and agile methodsBackground in manufacturing, production or shopfloor-related IT environmentsKnowledge of SAP S/4HANAExperience with the MES layer of the ISA-95 automation pyramidSkill in presenting complex information in a clear, practical wayExperience documenting AS-IS and TO-BE states and supporting process improvement

Scope: Initially 50%, with the option to increase to 100% during 2028
