Logistics Coordinator

Location: JÄRNAOHLA Sverige is open for a Logistic Coordinator to Gerstaberg Project. On this position you will:Plan, manage and optimize all logistics operations within the project to ensure efficient production flow, timely material availability, optimal utilization of machinery and resources, and cost-effective execution of construction activities. The position is responsible for coordinating logistics, transportation, equipment, plant, tools, storage areas and production support while continuously improving operational efficiency and controlling project logistics costs Manage all rented machinery, vehicles and construction equipment within the project.Control rental agreements, rental periods and off-hire processes to avoid unnecessary costs.Monitor equipment utilization and implement actions to maximize productivity and reduce idle time.Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs of machinery and tools.Maintain updated records of equipment status, certifications and maintenance schedules.Analyze machinery and equipment costs and identify opportunities for optimization.Ensure the right equipment is available at the right location and time to support production activities.Coordinate equipment mobilization and demobilization throughout the project lifecycle.Fleet management of rented and owned machinery.Equipment rental cost control and optimization.Tool and equipment inventory management.Maintenance planning and coordination.Utilization monitoring of machinery, vehicles and equipment.Logistics budget management with special focus on equipment and transportation costs.Identification and implementation of efficiency improvements across production and logistics operations.
