Mechanical Building Services Engineer – Semiconductor This is a building services / facility design position — not product, equipment or manufacturing design. 📍 Remote – Europe📅 12-month contract🏭 Semiconductor / Advanced Technology💻 Design Engineering Leap29 is supporting a major international engineering programme and is looking for Mechanical Design Engineers to join long-term semiconductor projects. Working remotely from Europe, you’ll form part of a multidisciplinary design team delivering complex, technically demanding facilities. What you’ll be doing• Developing and coordinating mechanical engineering designs and deliverables• Producing and reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation• Working across HVAC, chilled water, piping, utilities and associated mechanical systems• Coordinating with Electrical, Structural, I&C and wider engineering disciplines• Supporting the design of cleanroom and controlled environments• Collaborating with international engineering and project teams What we’re looking for We’re interested in both Intermediate and Senior Mechanical Engineers with proven design experience on complex technical facilities. Semiconductor / Wafer Fab experience is highly desirable. We’re also interested in strong design engineers from:• Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences• Data Centres / Mission Critical• Advanced Manufacturing / Cleanrooms This is a design-focused position, so we’re particularly interested in engineers experienced in developing and coordinating mechanical designs within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
