Mid-Level Fullstack JavaScript Engineer

emagine is looking for a driven Mid-Level Fullstack JavaScript Engineer (4-6 years) to support increased transactional communications and ongoing product scaling initiatives. The role focuses on building and maintaining templates, workflows, and communication components, including migration of email components into a centralized repository and supporting feature development for strategic partner products.

Start: ASAP (or within 1 month)

Duration: 6 months, extension possible

Location: Stockholm, 2-3 days/week at the office

About The Assignment

Develop and maintain transactional communication templates and workflows (e.g. dunning flows)Migrate and refactor email components into a shared repositorySupport scaling and enhancement of partner product integrations and featuresBuild responsive UI components and ensure consistent cross-device behaviourContribute to architectural discussions and technical improvementsCollaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and marketing stakeholders in an agile environment

Strong JavaScript experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js)Solid understanding of responsive design, CSS media queries, and component refactoringExperience building scalable frontend and backend functionalityAbility to work independently on complex tasks and contribute to technical decisionsExperience working cross-functionally in agile teamsHTML email development experienceexperience with monitoring and collaboration tools such as Datadog, SentinelOne, and Figma
