Keep their payments live. Optimize net revenue. You’ll take ownership across payment acquiring, provider relationships, client onboarding, orchestration, and ongoing optimization. This is not a passive account-management position. When a payment route goes down, a client needs a new solution, or there’s an opportunity to improve commercial performance, you own the outcome. The Role OverviewYour primary responsibility is to manage our clients’ payment solutions, onboard new accounts, and optimize payment operations to increase net revenue while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. You will operate at the intersection of:Clients → Payment Providers → Acquirers → Payment Infrastructure → RevenueYou’ll coordinate the moving parts and make sure problems don’t sit unresolved. When a client needs a payment solution, encounters an issue, or has an opportunity to improve their setup, you take ownership and drive it forward. No endless handoffs.
