Siemens Energy is successful in manufacturing and installing gas turbines all around the world. Now we need to increase our Project Management portfolio with a new Project Management department for North Americas and are looking for you who are eager to contribute to the energy transformation!

As a Factory Project Manager your day will be filled with dynamic and impactful activities. You will be at the forefront of ambitious projects, managing a diverse team of 10-15 members from various fields, such as commercial project managers, project lead engineers, purchasers, quality managers, logistic managers etc.

In the role you will work together with our global project management team in North America, lead and coordinate the projects, ensuring the execution of the project up to shipment, while encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Support our Project Management team in North America with customer related information, maintaining a close and productive dialogue.Coordinate and drive projects, ensuring activities are delivered according to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.Manage the project from Sales handover to Installation and CommissioningAssemble and manage the project team, acting as an entrepreneurial leader.Monitor project progress and report to both local and regional management, ensuring transparency and accountability.Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders across the organization.Promote a safe working environment and ensure Siemens Energy's Zero Harm principles are reflected in project execution.Successfully implement project strategies that align with Our dedication to decarbonization and innovation.

What You Bring

Proven experience in leading projects and project teams with a strong sense of responsibilityGood leadership skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable, even under pressureA structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive experience in communicating in English, both verbally and in writingWillingness to travel for business purposes.Commercial awareness and understanding of how project decisions impact business results.

Experience from manufacturing, industrial operations, energy, engineering, or other technical business environments.Experience working in Norh American organizations or projects.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

About The Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
