Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the definition, planning, governance, and delivery of strategic technology initiatives across secure collaboration platforms, developer enablement capabilities, and enterprise engineering services. In this role, you will serve as the central orchestration point across business stakeholders, architects, platform engineering teams, security, vendors, and delivery partners. You will bring structure and accountability to complex, cross-functional programs translating business objectives into actionable roadmaps, managing interdependencies, and ensuring delivery meets agreed quality, security, compliance, cost, and timeline objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives.Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Security, Workplace, Development, Platform Engineering, and business functions.Establish and manage program governance, including steering committees, reporting, decision-making, and escalation processes.Translate strategic business objectives into executable technology roadmaps and delivery plans.Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and delivery constraints.Manage resource requirements, budgets, forecasts, and delivery priorities.Provide clear, concise status reporting and executive dashboards for senior stakeholders.Coordinate implementation, transition, and operational readiness activities.Support vendor evaluation, procurement activities, and management of delivery partners.Partner with security, compliance, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.Drive adoption and change management activities to support successful implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations. Key Deliverables:You will be responsible for producing and maintaining:Program roadmaps and integrated delivery plansGovernance frameworks and steering committee materialsRAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies) registersResource and budget forecastsExecutive dashboards and program status reportsImplementation and transition plansVendor evaluation and procurement documentationOperational readiness assessmentsAdoption and change management plans What We're Looking ForProven experience managing complex enterprise technology programs from definition through delivery and transition.Demonstrated experience working with Infrastructure, Security, Workplace, Development, Platform Engineering, or related technology teams.Experience delivering technology initiatives within security-sensitive, compliance-driven, or regulated environments.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern technology delivery practices.Practical experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and platform engineering concepts.
