Quality Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Lead to join our project team in Helsinki, Finland. This role will be responsible for ensuring all Mechanical works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.This is a senior site-based role responsible for driving quality strategy, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and leading the QA/QC team to deliver works to the highest standards. The Quality Lead will act as the primary quality representative on site, working closely with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, and Client teams.

Lead implementation of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP worksManage and mentor QA/QC Engineers on siteOversee ITPs, inspections, testing, and quality documentationManage NCRs and drive corrective actionsLiaise with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client representativesEnsure quality dossiers and handover documentation are completed to required standardsSupport audits and promote a right-first-time quality culture Skills & QualificationsDegree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent experience)8+ years' QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projectsStrong knowledge of both CSA and MEP installationsExperience in data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical environments desirableExcellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
