Revenue Manager (DACH) Location: RemoteSalary: €50 - 75,000 OTE Please note we have multiple roles available, and will continue to hire throughout the year. Their platform helps hotels, resorts and accommodation providers increase revenue, optimise pricing strategies and drive more direct bookings. Already trusted by thousands of hospitality businesses globally, they're now looking to hire a Revenue Manager focused on the DACH market. The OpportunityThis is a highly consultative role where you'll work directly with hotel clients, helping them maximise revenue performance through a combination of technology, data analysis and strategic guidance. You'll become a trusted advisor to hospitality businesses, supporting them in improving pricing strategies, forecasting demand and adopting best-in-class revenue management practices. What You'll Be Doing• Act as a strategic consultant to hotel clients across DACH• Analyse performance data and identify revenue optimisation opportunities• Recommend pricing, distribution and revenue management strategies• Support client onboarding, adoption and long-term platform success• Deliver training, best practice guidance and commercial insights• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting• Work closely with internal Customer Success and Onboarding teams What We're Looking For• Fluent German speaker• Experience in Hotel Revenue Management• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and distribution channels• Background working with hotels, hospitality groups or travel businesses• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset• Experience using RMS, PMS, Channel Managers and CRM systems• Consultancy or customer-facing experience is highly desirable What's On Offer• Fully remote working• Join one of Europe's fastest-growing hospitality technology businesses• High-performance, low-ego culture• Significant learning and career growth opportunities• Work with cutting-edge technology and automation tools• Competitive salary and bonus structure If you're currently working in hotel revenue management and would like to transition into a fast-growing SaaS environment, I'd be happy to tell you more 📩 Apply directly or contact me for a confidential discussion.
