Job Title: SAP Finance & Project Management ConsultantLocation: Sweden / HybridEmployment Type: Full-Time / ContractExperience: 8–12+ Years (Preferred)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP Finance & Project Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, project delivery, and stakeholder management.The ideal candidate will combine SAP functional knowledge with project management capabilities to successfully deliver SAP implementations, migrations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Finance & Functional ExpertiseLead SAP Finance implementation, configuration, and optimization activities.Work with SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).Support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and migration projects.Manage financial integration with SAP MM, SD, and other business modules.Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.Support financial reporting, reconciliation, testing, and month-end/year-end closing processes.Project Management & DeliveryManage end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.Coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Waterfall project management approaches.Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors.Manage UAT, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives, quality standards, and agreed timelines.Stakeholder & Business ManagementAct as the primary point of contact between business teams and SAP delivery teams.Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.Provide regular project status reports to senior management.Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance.Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.Understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and SAP integrations.Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.Knowledge of SAP data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.Experience in international or large-scale SAP transformation programs.Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics, and financial reporting solutions.Expected DeliverablesSuccessful delivery of SAP Finance projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.Stable and optimized SAP financial processes.Effective stakeholder coordination and project governance.High-quality documentation, testing, and deployment readiness.Continuous improvement of SAP Finance operations and business processes.
