Senior AI Enablement Engineer
We are seeking an AI Enablement Engineer for an exciting opportunity. This role requires an individual who can set the standard for how non-technical teams in Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other areas utilize AI tools effectively and securely.

Length: 6 months with possible extension
Location: On-site in Stockholm a minimum of 4 days per week.
Main Responsibilities
Define consistent practices for AI tool usage across the company.Establish a central library for reusable skills and knowledge.Design and operate runtime environments for applications built by non-engineering teams.Implement guardrails to ensure security and compliance.Drive rapid prototyping and value demonstration alongside business teams.Conduct workshops and support user adoption across departments.Measure impact metrics to demonstrate effectiveness to leadership.
Key Requirements
8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.Experience working directly with business users.Proven track record of creating internal platforms that are chosen by teams.Production experience with containerized workloads and relevant deployment pipelines.Fluent in using AI tools and familiar with multiple vendor stacks.Sound understanding of security and access control measures.Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).Comfortable navigating ambiguity and forming strong principles.
Nice to Have
Experience with sandboxed code execution environments.Background in internal tooling and platform enablement.Familiarity with LLM gateways and cost telemetry.Experience with implementing AI-assisted solutions for non-technical teams.Knowledge of systems related to Finance, HR, and Compliance.
