Senior Backend Engineer with Infrastructure Skills

The role is located in the Platform Developer Experience team who oversees and owns the infrastructure that cuts across all engineering disciplines.

What You’ll Do

Execute on the client’s CI infrastructure strategy that is able to serve thousands of engineers doing 100’s of thousands of builds daily and beyondSupport with Operational tasks keeping our systems healthy and uptodateDrive the automation and improvements of our CI agents across our current technical stacks.Help scale our CI infrastructure to support large-scale monorepos.Collaborate with sibling teams to discover what a best in class CI infrastructure means.

You are an experienced Software Engineer with Java and PythonYou are an experienced engineer familiar with Linux, MacOS, and Windows as well as Networking fundamentalsYou have experience deploying to and implementing solutions in GCP, Azure, and/or AWS.You believe in iteration and know that finding the right solution is more important than the first.You like to focus on standardization and automation; always looking for ways to improve the developer experienceYou have 6+ years of experience in building and implementing large-scale systems across various projects and teams and have enthusiasm for software engineering best practices such as testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
