What you'd be working onBuilding and maintaining streaming apps across Tizen, webOS, Android TV / Google TV, Fire TV (Fire OS and Vega OS), Roku, Vidaa, Titan OS and HbbTVIntegrating and tuning video players for smooth playback on low-memory living-room hardwareImplementing DRM, adaptive streaming and ad insertion featuresFixing device-specific bugs and getting apps through OEM certificationWorking with QA, product and backend teams to ship regular releases What you'll bringCommercial experience developing Connected TV or Smart TV appsStrong JavaScript/TypeScript, plus one or more of Lightning, React / React Native, Kotlin or BrightScriptHands-on experience with players such as Shaka, ExoPlayer, Bitmovin or AVPlayWorking knowledge of DASH/HLS, CMAF and Widevine/PlayReadyApps live in production on more than one TV platform
