Senior Fullstack Developer – PHP/Laravel & Vue | AI-First Modernization

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with extensive experience in both backend and frontend technologies, primarily focused on PHP/Laravel and Vue. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to modernize legacy code, transitioning extensive repositories while enhancing user experience. Candidates must have a solid grasp of engineering principles and demonstrate proficiency in picking up new technologies.

Main Responsibilities

The consultant will play a key role in improving our code and technology stack.

Refactor legacy code to align with modern development practices.Move code from repository A to repository B with design enhancements.Collaborate closely within the web-core team.Profile code performance and optimize for efficiency.Engage in troubleshooting and debugging as required.Contribute to maintainable and scalable code architecture.Communicate effectively within the team regarding progress and challenges. Key RequirementsExtensive experience with PHP/Laravel (if you don’t have experience with PHP/Laravel: Ruby, Python or Kotlin is also ok)Proven expertise in Vue.js.Strong backend and frontend development skills.Ability to understand and work with legacy code.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Fluent in English. This is a full-time or part-time assignment lasting for 6 months, with an immediate start. The role is onsite.
