We are looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Developer to one of our clients within Banking & Finance.

Location: Stockholm, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
About the assignment
The consultant will maintain and support the existing PeopleSoft HR platform while ensuring stable operations and business continuity. This role involves leading development and support activities, engaging with business stakeholders, and supporting the transition toward Workday.
Core Responsibilities
Lead incident resolution, problem management, and solution patching to ensure stable platform operations Manage support and development activities for the PeopleSoft HR solution Engage with business stakeholders and HR teams to deliver solutions and maintain service quality Support the transition activities toward Workday while keeping the current system operational
Profile & Qualifications
5+ years of PeopleSoft development, support, and maintenance experience Strong communication skills with business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and IT Proactive, self-driven, and service-oriented mindset
