Senior Product Compliance Manager

BettingJobs is partnering with a leading multi-product content provider in the iGaming industry in their search for a Senior Product Compliance Manager to join their team within Europe. Responsibilities:Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments/analyses across the relevant jurisdictions/markets in order to correctly advise the relevant teams on the implementation of technical solutions/productsReporting any identified technical compliance risks and gaps and proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementationAct as a point of contact with Accredited Test Labs and technical consultants and build strong working relationshipsSupporting the Studio teams with the change management procedures of the devices and hardware RNGs for the assigned marketsPeriodically revising policies/procedures with the aim to identify potential risks and/or issuesBe a bridge between the compliance team and the technical teamsTranslate regulatory requirements into understandable technical language for developersUndertake ongoing quarterly and annual technical audits with regulatory bodiesPerform detailed analysis of current products with new or amended regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance Requirements:Online gaming experience (B2B)Regulated market experience (e.g. UK, Denmark, Spain)Experience interpreting and advising on technical regulations, requirements, and standards across relevant jurisdictions/marketsClear communicator (written and verbal)Highly organised and proactiveExperience and knowledge of Change Management systems, requirements, and reporting obligations in multiple regulated marketsExperience interacting with Regulators if/where required on technical compliance matters including producing reports for regulators as may be requiredMulti-product knowledge e.g. Sportsbook, Live Casino
