Job Title: Senior Product Designer,E-Commerce & PersonalizationLocation: Malmo, SwedenDuration: Contract ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end journeys across homepage, rooms, navigation, and ideas/inspiration surfaces* Drive Add to cart rate from upper-funnel touchpoints through improved discoverability and relevance* Build and validate personalized, adaptive content systems that balance utility with clarity and trust* Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Research to define problems and ship solutions* Contribute to and extend the design system with patterns built for scale and flexibility* Use data, testing, and research to inform direction and measure impact Day-to-day tasks Bringing strong design rationale backed by user insights and data* Moving from concept to testable prototype rapidly* Holding your ground in debates while staying collaborative* Making quick decisions with incomplete information* Iterating based on feedback and performance metricsRequirements:* Strong visual design: layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and art direction within an established system* Fluency in prototyping and interaction design to communicate intent* Ability to design for accessibility, performance, and internationalization from the start* Navigate complexity edge cases, legacy systems, and multi-market constraintsE-commerce & personalization* Deep understanding of discovery-to-shopping behavior, merchandising logic, and browse-to-buy conversion levers* Experience designing recommendation systems, dynamic modules, and content prioritization logic* Judgment about when not to personalize—knowing when consistency and predictability matter more* Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, and learning from customer behaviorProduct thinking & experimentation* Think like a product owner, understand business goals, user needs, and technical trade-offs equally* Data-driven mindset: form hypotheses, design tests, interpret results, and iterate based on evidence* Comfortable designing for A/B testing and experimentation frameworks* Bias toward shipping and learning over perfecting in isolationMost important:1. Visual craft and systems thinking. You design with rigor—clean hierarchy, confident composition, thoughtful art direction—and know how to scale patterns across surfaces.2. E-commerce and personalization expertise. You understand how customers browse, Client, and buy. You know how to design dynamic experiences that feel helpful, not heavy-handed.3.
